实习项目介绍：

l 此次招聘的实习对象为在读的、2010年或之后毕业的计算机及相关专业、

铁路信号、电子/电气工程的全日制硕士研究生;

l 工作地点在阿尔卡特朗讯中国区总部上海;

l 实习期必须为1年;

l 实习性质为全职，可以在公司做毕业设计（请务必征得学校导师同意），

实习期间表现优秀者公司将优先考虑录用;

l 全国挑战杯、数学建模竞赛等相关竞赛获奖者优先考虑。

招聘职位1：Vxworks SW Intern – Shanghai

招聘人数：2个

职位描述：

1) Participate SW development on Vxworks platform in C language;

2) Coordinate with HW team to do integration test in subrack

level;.

职位要求：

1) More than half year SW development experience for embedded

systems by using RTOS and C language;

2) Knowledge of Analog/Digital circuit design;

3) Experience of National Undergraduate Electronic Contest or

equivalent(preferred);

4) Experience of code debugging by using JTAG emulator(preferred);

5) Familiar with PowerPC processor and BSP( preferred );

6) Good Spoken and written English skill.

招聘职位2：Embedded SW Intern – Shanghai

招聘人数：2个

职位描述：

1) Participate SW development for TMS320LF24xx DSP systems in 'C';

2) Coordinate with HW team to do integration test in subrack level;

职位要求：

1) More than half year embedded MCU/DSP SW development experience

in C language;

2) Knowledge of Analog/Digital circuit design;

3) Experience of National Undergraduate Electronic Contest or

equivalent;(preferred);

4) Knowledge of DSP Hardware, CAN bus, RTOS(preferred);

5) Have more than 15 days available for SW development each month

during internship;

6) Good Spoken and written English skill.

招聘职位3：Simulator SW Intern – Shanghai

招聘人数：2个

职位描述：

1) Participate SW development and test for System Simulator;

2) Participate SW tools maintenance and configuration management.

职位要求：

1) More than half year SW development experience on windows by

using VC ;

2) Experience of National Undergraduate Electronic Contest or

equivalent(preferred);

3) Good knowledge of windows OS and MFC(preferred);

4) Good knowledge of Network, UML, HyperText tools(preferred);

5) Have more than 15 days available for SW development each month

during internship;

6) Good Spoken and written English skill.

招聘职位4：Electronic Design Intern - Shanghai

招聘人数：1个

职位描述：

1) Signaling related hardware analysis.

2) Electronic circuit design and debug.

3) HW Design optimization

职位要求：

1) Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation

or equivalent;

2) Solid Analog /Digital circuit design background;

3) Familiar with TI DSP and CCS2000 development environment is preferred.

4) Familiar with VHDL/Verilog, experienced in Xilinx FPGA/CPLD

development.

5) Familiar with CAD tools (Orcad, PowerPCB,PROTEL…) for schematic and

PCB design

6) Familiar with C/C and Assembly Language.

7) Be familiar with general interface, RS485/RS422, RS232, CAN, PCI and so

on

职位描述：

System modeling and model optimization based on the system requirement

specification.

职位要求：

1) Master degree in software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;

2) Excellent programming skills C, C and Assembly.

3) Experienced with OO (Object Oriented) design principles.

4) Have good knowledge or skill on UML.

5) Experienced in Embedded SW development is preferred.

6) Good communication skills and able to work both independently and in a

team

7) Diligent, conscientious, hardworking and full of team spirit;

8) Good Spoken and written English skill.
